At St Francis Catamarans we have a small and dedicated team of highly skilled artisans who take great pride in the outstanding quality of our boats.
Each of the 38 employees, whether in management, admin or production, are extremely proud to be part of the team, and contribute to the continuing success of the company.
Every St Francis Catamaran is custom made to suit the requirements of our clients and we are always willing to discuss and implement new and exciting concepts and ideas.
We operate a system of continuous improvement and strive every day to improve, whether it is in quality, equipment, productivity or housekeeping. We listen to feedback from our customers and are open to suggestions and ideas that could help us offer an even better product.

Rob Brennan - Chief Operating Officer
Rob Brennan has taken over as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of St Francis Marine. Rob is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Customer Liaison & Warranty.
Rob has been involved in the boating industry for 20 years first as Quality Assurance Manager for the largest Catamaran manufacturer in South Africa and latterly as an accredited Marine Surveyor. He has extensive knowledge of Fibre glass catamaran manufacture & repairs and has surveyed boats all over the world.
Among his many qualifications he is an accredited Marine Surveyor with the European Certification Bureau (ECB) in Holland, a South African Sailing (SAS) Safety Officer, a Certified SAMSA small boat surveyor, an NMMA Conformance specialist and an IMMARBE tonnage surveyor.
Rob has been involved in sailing since his childhood and has taken part in many races and regattas around the world, he is a qualified Coastal Skipper and has extensive off shore & blue water sailing experience, he currently owns a 31ft Muira which he sails regularly in the waters off Cape Town.
Morton Beckley - Chief Financial Officer
Morton Beckley has taken over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of St Francis Marine. Morton is responsible for financial negotiations, costing, electronic media and advertising.
Morton is a qualified engineer with a BSc (Eng.) from the University of Cape Town. After working in both the construction and consulting environments he founded IT companies that produce programs for both the aviation and engineering industries. He is a keen sailor and has crewed on many St Francis 50 delivery trips along the South African coast.
